J'ai redirigé cette personne ici, car c'est toujours plaisant d'avoir des étrangers ! (J'ai quand même déjà effectué l'identification )

Hi,

Wednesday 26 May I was walking along Rhône between Pont sur le Fier and
Cannaz (after Motz) when I came across a beauty, about 120 cm. As I'm from
Sweden, the serpent is unknown for me, but I would like to have it
identified - if possible. However, I don't manage to upload the photo (a
very good one), when it finish, "page not found" comes up. How is it
possible to send the picture to you? To a "visible e-mailaddress?

Dear "snake friends",

I'm so happy to have been a guest and pilgrim in your beautiful part of France! And I'm very happy to have met with the beautiful Couleuvre d'Esculape. The day before I met a Vipera - two snakes in 350 km. The Vipera Berus is an old friend of mine, living in my own garden in Sweden - along with Natrix Natrix (we just have these two kind of snakes - and the very rare Coronella Austriaca). My problem is that I know so few French words, that it's difficult to read and understand descriptions and comments. Also how to "click" and fill out forms in French ...

Next year in Mai I hope to continue Le Puy - St Jean Pied de Port and hope for more meetings.

I wish all of you a good "snake summer"!
